Store Rules For Refund And Exchange
1 - Invoice / Till Receipt
Please keep your invoices and till receipt as your proof of your Purchase no refund will be considered.
2 - Seven Days Money Back Guarantee
Provided that the merchandise is as good as new, complete with box and packing and in a Re-saleable condition.
3 - Faulty Products
If the product is found to be defected within 7 days of purchase.
4 - Computer Software, Music, CD, Cassette & Video Tapes
No refund will be undertaken on any copiable items. Copiable items if found to be defective will be exchanged with the same title. Refund on the above mentioned items will only be considered if the item is still sealed in its original packing.
5 - Clauses 2,3 and 4 do not apply to large home appliances
These products will be looked after by the supplier in conjunction with Hyperstar.
6 - No refund will be given for the following:
- Fresh and frozen goods    - Bakery items
- All types of underwear       - Books and newspapers
 
HHH After Sales Service
1 - Invoice / Till receipt
Please keep your invoices, till receipt and warranty card as your proof of your purchase. No refund will be considered without it.
2 - Box and Packaging
Provided that the merchandise is as good as new, complete with box and packing and in a Re-saleable condition.
3 - Exceptions
Mobile phones, laptop computers, hygienic items (beard or haircare items) and watches are not subject to any exchange or refund if found defective within seven days.
4 - Faulty Products
If the product is found to be defected within 7 days of purchase except sensitive items.
5 - Computer Software, Music, CD, Cassette & Video Tapes

Refund will be made in cash for items paid by cash only. Incase of credit card refund will be made on credit card only
8 - Home Delivery
Items subject to home delivery (TV’s, home theater and big appliances) are entitled to onsite maintenance in conjunction with our supplier service
